Paper tole involves cutting pieces of varying sizes and shapes from multiple copies of original prints of the same picture and re-constructing the pieces to present the original print in a 3-dimensional format.
The cut edges of the individual pieces are coloured and shaped to provide a more realistic finish. Silicon glue is used to separate the pieces and give the necessary height to create the 3-dimension effect to the finished print.
